On Impulsive Stabilization of Chen’s Chaotic System

Abstract
The concepts of chaotic systems and systems of differential equations with impulsive action are formulated. Chen’s chaotic system is considered. This is a system of three ordinary differential equations that admits a zero solution which is unstable in the Lyapunov sense. The problem of stabilizing this solution is formulated. This problem is solved by two methods: using impulse actions at fixed moments of time and using impulsive actions that occur on a certain set of phase space.
