Three-dimensional ice profile flat cut triangulation control in dynamics
摘要
Due to widespread use of ice three-dimensional geometry control systems based on optical triangulation and structured lighting on aerodynamic and climatic experimental stands, the development relevance of analyzing icing processes methods based on the obtained measurement data increases. The work is devoted to the development of a three-dimensional ice profile flat cut control in dynamics method based on the results of measuring its three-dimensional geometry at different points in time by a triangulation system based on structured lighting. The proposed method is based on the restoration of polygonal ice surfaces and the search for their intersections with a given plane. The reliability of the reconstructed ice three-dimensional profile flat cut is justified by connecting into polygons only neighboring ice surface points. The practical implementation of the proposed method for analyzing the process of a cylindrical object icing in a climate chamber has been carried out. The obtained results confirmed the efficiency of the proposed approach for analyzing the icing of the diagnosed object in dynamics.
