Abstract <p>The available data on the landslide Maashei Lake in Central Altai and its outburst flood were summarized and refined based on an analysis of remote sensing data and field surveys. The lake’s bathymetric map was refined, and the hydrograph of the outburst flood was simulated using a mathematical model described in this article.</p>
