Features of the Interaction of Dimethyl-Phosphate-Containing Ionic Liquids with Elemental Sulfur in Various Environments
摘要
Abstract—
The study of the interaction patterns of ionic liquids with elemental sulfur is of certain practical interest, since the opening of the S8 cycle is a key stage in many chemical engineering processes. However, it is associated with significant energy costs. In the paper, using 1,3-dimethylimidazolium dimethyl phosphate as an example, we examine the features of the reaction between dimethyl phosphate-containing ionic liquids and elemental sulfur in organic solvents, leading to the opening of the sulfur ring at room temperature.
