Optimization of Three-Phase Extraction Process Schemes in a Cascade of Mixing-Settler Devices
摘要
Abstract—
A theoretical analysis of various options for organizing the associated extraction–stripping processes in a cascade of mixing–sedimenting extractors is carried out: schemes in which the extractant phase passes through all extraction stages, then through all stripping stages and process schemes where the flow of this phase circulates between the extraction and stripping stages in separate groups of cascade extractors (schemes of supported free liquid membranes). It is established that the schemes of supported free liquid membranes provide a higher degree of extraction and better separation quality.
