Production of Double Sodium Zirconium Phosphate with NASICON Structure by Solution Pyrolysis in Melt
摘要
A method for producing double zirconium and sodium phosphate of the composition NaZr2(PO4)3, related to the NASICON family with the general formula Na1 + xZr2SixP3–xO12, where x = 0, is proposed. The method of pyrolysis of a solution containing a mixture of organic components in a rosin melt is used. Optimum conditions for the synthesis of a low-dimensional compound are determined. Various variants of precursor compositions are considered. It is established that adding small amounts of a Si-containing component to the precursor makes it possible to obtain the purest NaZr2(PO4)3 composition at a calcination temperature of 1000–1200°C. The studies expand the list of methods for synthesizing NASICON materials.
