Abstract <p>Laser technologies as a means for the scientific restoration of museum objects and cultural monuments have recently found wide application and are now in demand. Laser methods make it possible to clean, solder, restore, and keep historical objects safe by minimizing influence on their surface layer. The surface cleaning of cultural monuments is an important component of complex restoration, the work of a fine art restorer starting from using very simple and gently acting procedures. Laser technologies may become very much in demand owing to high accuracy and careful treatment of the object’s surface.</p>
