Abstract <p>Data on a new multilayer composite NiAl alloy/Ni/Re–Mo material are reported. A thermodynamic simulation of the phase compositions of the NiAl base of the material containing alloying constituents and the Re–Mo alloy, being the outer layer, is performed for a spark plasma sintering temperature of 1170°C. The microstructure and element composition of the phase regions of the material are studied.</p>
