Abstract <p>The processes of the thermo-oxidative destruction of biphenyloxy-substituted phthalocyanines with fragments of small nitrogen-containing heterocycles and their metal complexes, as well as of sulfonic acids synthesized on their basis, were studied. The influence of the nature of peripheral substituents and the complexing metal on the thermal stability of the compounds is shown.</p>
