Abstract <p>In this work, we investigate electrical characteristics of magnetic tunnel junctions with the uniaxial anisotropy in the free layer and the pinned free layer by antiferromagnetic layer. Both constructions have linear hysteresis and are suitable for use in sensor design for brain’s magnetic field detection. Additionally, we provide calculations for magnetic flux guides of triangle-shape and trapezoid-shape and their efficiency for sensor sensitivity enhancement.</p>
