Abstract <p>Diffusion of Co along grain boundaries in α-Ti in the temperature range of 473–873 K has been studied by the method of layer-by-layer radiometric analysis. The diffusion annealing regimes correspond to the kinetic mode of type B. Based on the obtained diffusion profiles of Co in α-Ti, the triple product for the grain boundary diffusion of <sup>57</sup>Co in α-Ti has been determined for several temperatures. An expression for the Arrhenius dependence of the triple product has been found. The obtained results are compared with the available literature data on Co diffusion in α-Zr.</p>
