Polyvariance of Ontogeny and Structural Evolution of Modular Organisms
摘要
Abstract
The cyclic morphogenesis of modular organisms ensures the organic unity of growth and reproduction, systemic organization and individual development. This determines the significant variability of ontogeny and the specifics of its polyvariance. The possibilities of using the concept of ontogeny polyvariance in the evolutionary morphology of modular organisms are considered. This approach can help to clarify the specifics of modes and trends in their structural evolution.
