Abstract <p>A new conodont species <i>Polygnathus ovaliformis</i> sp. nov. is described from the Upper Devonian deposits of the northeastern margins of the Kuznetsk Basin. This species is most closely related to the Late Frasnian species <i>Po. brevis</i> Miller et Youngquist and <i>Po. costulatus</i> Aristov.</p>
