Genome Analysis and Probiotic Potential of the Rhodococcus sp. Strain PFS3.70 Isolated from Perca fluviatilis
摘要
Abstract
This study analyzed the probiotic potential of the Rhodococcus sp. strain PFS3.70 isolated from Perca fluviatilis, assessing the ability of the strain to grow under different conditions (pH and salinity), inhibit the growth of Aeromonas strains, and degrade N-acyl-homoserine lactone (AHL). Genome analysis of the studied strain was performed, and the presence of genes that provide resistance to various environmental factors and the synthesis of antibacterial compounds was demonstrated.
