Diagnostic of Breast Cancer Based on Raman Spectroscopy
摘要
A method of biochemical analysis based on Raman spectroscopy micromapping with an excitation wavelength of 532 nm and multivariate data analysis is presented and tested for differential diagnosis of malignant neoplasms in ex vivo breast tissue samples. The extracted spectral biomarkers and proposed method for spectrum selection allow us to reach the accuracy 76%, sensitivity 80%, and specificity 73% for distinguishing between healthy (59 samples) and tumor (59 samples) tissues by point measurements.
