Simulation of the Interaction of Short Laser Pulses with Thin Films for the Production (Synthesis) of Nanoparticles
摘要
To study mechanisms of the formation of gold nanoparticles by laser ablation of thin films in a liquid medium, the molecular dynamics simulation of the laser interaction with an irradiated target has been performed. The target heating mechanism has been taken into account using data obtained in preliminary calculations within a two-temperature model. The conclusions about the respective contributions of various laser-induced processes to the final characteristics of the resulting colloidal solutions, including the dimensional properties required for biomedical applications, are drawn on the basis of the results obtained.
