摘要

The optical properties of trimers consisting of spherical transition metal dichalcogenide nanoparticles have been studied. It has been shown that a strong bianisotropic response in a trimer of MoS2 and WS2 nanoparticles can be excited by optimizing the composition and geometric parameters. It has been established that bianisotropic resonance responses for different trimer nanoparticles lie at different wavelengths, which makes it possible to desing an irregular metasurface from them supporting two quasitrapped modes simultaneously. The designed metasurface provides a high reflectance in the spectral range between two quasitrapped mode resonances and can be used as a spectral metamirror with tunable characteristics.
