A Novel Reduced Graphene Oxide-Based Biosensor for Fast Detection of Thrombin
摘要
Abstract
In this article, we described a successful approach to deposition and further local reduction of graphene oxide film for formation of biosensor. We used improved graphene oxide suspension with additional organic solvent by which we obtained better wettability of PET substrate. By local laser reduction of graphene oxide film we made sensor topology with different reduction level. We used thrombin aptamer to form sensitive layer of a biosensor and showed high sensitivity and selectivity of sensor that can be used for new point-of-care devices and personalized medicine in the future.
