Some Regularities in Obtaining 70(TiC)/30Cr3C2 Powders with Nickel Bond in Air
摘要
Abstract–
Composite powders 70(TiC)/30Cr3C2 were obtained using the SHS method in air with nickel bond. The Ni content in the composite was 0, 10, 20 and 30 wt %. It has been shown that the introduction of nickel into the initial charge is accompanied by a decrease in the combustion temperature and an increase in the content of free carbon in the composite. To reduce the proportion of carbon in the charge composition, the amount of soot was reduced, which led to the content of free carbon in the final product being down to 0.30%.
