Abstract <p>A review of the group of species of the genus <i>Eulasia</i> Truqui, 1848 (subgenus <i>Eulasia</i>) closely related to <i>Eu.</i> (<i>Eu.</i>) <i>aurantiaca</i> (Reitter, 1890) is presented. Diagnostic characters of the group are provided. <i>Eulasia</i> (<i>Eu.</i>) <i>araxicola</i> <b>sp. n.</b> is described from the Arax River valley in Armenia and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. Re-description of the understudied species <i>Eu.</i> (<i>Eu.</i>) <i>eichleri</i> (Zaitzev, 1923) is given, the lectotype of this species is designated. Data on the distribution of the species of this group, including also <i>Eu.</i> (<i>Eu.</i>) <i>naviauxi</i> (Baraud, 1971) and <i>Eu.</i> (<i>Eu.</i>) <i>persidis</i> Baraud, 1990, and an identification key are provided.</p>

Abstract

A review of the group of species of the genus Eulasia Truqui, 1848 (subgenus Eulasia) closely related to Eu. (Eu.) aurantiaca (Reitter, 1890) is presented. Diagnostic characters of the group are provided. Eulasia (Eu.) araxicola sp. n. is described from the Arax River valley in Armenia and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
