Abstract <p> A boundary value problem for quasi–one-dimensional hemodynamic equations fora straight circular vessel in which unsteady pressure and flow functions are set as a boundarycondition is considered. Conditions for the existence of bounded and unbounded solutions as wellas for the existence of a retrograde blood flow in the vessel are stated and proved.</p>

A boundary value problem for quasi–one-dimensional hemodynamic equations fora straight circular vessel in which unsteady pressure and flow functions are set as a boundarycondition is considered.
