Abstract <p>In 2025, the Murmansk Marine Biological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, as part of the national project “Science and Universities”, completed a series of five marine expeditions on the R/V <i>Dalnie Zelentsy</i>. During the expedition, a comprehensive range of oceanographic and environmental studies was conducted, including meteorological, hydrological, and hydrochemical observations; assessment of biota, water, and bottom sediment pollution; and study of marine ecosystems, including hydrobiological surveys, visual censuses of marine mammals and birds, and bottom ichthyological trawling.</p>
