Abstract <p>This study investigates the effects of hypomagnetic conditions and water temperature on the activity of digestive enzymes in the intestine of <i>Cyprinus carpio</i>. Fish were maintained at two temperature regimes (18 and 27°C) for 30 days before being exposed to different magnetic environments for one hour. Increased water temperature enhanced digestive enzyme activity, while hypomagnetic exposure led to a decrease in both amylolytic activity and α-amylase activity. This effect was most pronounced in fish kept at the higher temperature. The findings highlight the high sensitivity of digestive enzymes to geophysical factors and suggest that α-amylase activity could serve as a biomarker in magnetobiological research.</p>
