A Critical Working-class Perspective on the Crisis of Care
摘要
The article analyzes the crisis of care as a crisis of social reproduction with a political economy approach that centres the working-class. It traces the emergence and evolution of the crisis within the context of a neoliberal hegemonic framing of the social organization of care and social life in its totality. Noting the critical place of concerted struggle for a progressive resolution of the crisis, it highlights the need for this to be based on a feminist anti-capitalist agenda.
