摘要

Drawing on team motivation theory, this study investigates how shared leadership, through two motivational processes—team creativity goal generation (TCG generation) and team creativity goal striving (TCG striving)—boosts team creative service performance. A moderated serial mediation model is introduced, suggesting that the influence of shared leadership on team creative service performance depends significantly on leader creativity expectations. The results empirically support this model by demonstrating that shared leadership positively affects creative service performance through TCG generation and TCG striving, confirming the proposed serial mediation pathway. It also shows that leader creativity expectations moderate this serial mediation pathway, such that the influence of shared leadership on creative service performance through TCG generation and TCG striving is stronger when leader creativity expectations are higher. Contributions to the theory and implications for practice are discussed.
