<p>Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH), the advanced stage of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD), is a leading cause of chronic liver disease, driving cirrhosis, liver cancer, and mortality. With metabolic, genetic, and environmental factors at play, early detection and treatment are critical. This review highlights the latest breakthroughs in MASH pathophysiology, cost-effective noninvasive diagnostics, and emerging therapies, emphasizing the urgency of accessible solutions to combat this growing global health crisis.</p>
