Mechanotherapeutics and ultrasound sonopermeation, which address tumor stiffness and enhance vessel permeability, respectively, show promise in restoring tumor microenvironment abnormalities and improving drug delivery. This perspective highlights their independent and combined potential to optimize cancer therapy.</p>
