<p>The rapid evolution of wearable and implantable electronics has driven the development of flexible magnetoelectronic devices that integrate mechanical adaptability with robust magnetic functionality. Significant progress has been achieved in areas such as flexible giant magnetoresistance sensors, magnetic tunnel junctions, anisotropic magnetoresistance devices, spin-orbit torque switching, and magnetostrictive energy harvesters. This paper reviews recent progress on the preparation method of flexible magnetic films, the strain-modulation on the physical properties of magnetic films, and existing flexible magnetoelectronic devices. Furthermore, we prospect future development trends in flexible magnetic films and devices.</p>
