A low-profile high-isolation dual-polarized base station antenna based on AMC
摘要
To reduce the deployment cost of base stations and address the shortage of antenna resources, this paper develops a low-profile base station antenna with an Artificial Magnetic Conductor (AMC) structure for Sub-6 GHz. A square cross-dipole structure with chamfered corners is designed, achieving good impedance matching characteristics and significantly improving the port isolation of the antenna. The designed AMC surface structure is used to replace the traditional metal floor of the base station antenna. The suppression of surface waves and phase compensation reduce the profile height of the base station antenna to 0.11
