<p>Circadian disruption is increasingly recognized as a significant contributor to Parkinson’s disease (PD) pathogenesis and progression. From a chronobiological perspective, this review synthesizes relevant mechanisms, preclinical/clinical evidence, and highlights chronotherapy’s potential in optimizing PD treatment efficacy, reducing side effects, and enabling precision management.</p>
