Virtual-real combination evaluation method and digital twin technology exploration for deep-sea corrosion
摘要
The deep-sea environment is complex and unique, and deep-sea equipment and facilities face serious corrosion problems. The paper first analyzes the application of real sea experiment methods, simulated experiment methods, and numerical simulation methods in deep-sea corrosion of high-strength steel. Then, taking the corrosion of deep-sea load-bearing structures as an example, an evaluation method combining virtual and real simulation tests for whole machine/structural level deep-sea corrosion simulation was established. Finally, a deep-sea corrosion implementation strategy based on digital twin technology was proposed and constructed based on the virtual-real combination evaluation method. This study can provide new full-state evaluation methods and technical approaches for corrosion prediction and research of deep-sea equipment.
