<p>Spaceflight can adversely affect ocular health. Most studies in this area are primarily focused on spaceflight-associated neuro-ocular syndrome. Nonetheless, there exist numerous additional potential causes of ocular damage and concern. The purpose of this report is to provide a thorough review of various ocular anterior segment manifestations and concerns that occur during and after spaceflight, including dry eye disease, lens-related problems, glaucoma, and corneal traumatic and emergency conditions.</p>
