<p>This study documents the diversity of the genus <i>Geranium</i> (family Geraniaceae) in the Pangi Valley, Himachal Pradesh, India. <i>Geranium rubifolium</i> is represented as a new distributional record for the Himachal Pradesh state. Furthermore, <i>G. himalayense</i> and <i>G. pratense</i> are documented as new additions to Chamba district. The research provides a taxonomic key, detailed morphological descriptions, habitat notes, live photographs, Scanning Electron Microscopic images (SEM), and an updated distributional map to facilitate accurate species identification. These findings contribute to the understanding of <i>Geranium</i> diversity in the Western Himalaya and serve as a valuable resource for future taxonomic studies.</p>
