<p>2-mercaptopyrimidine-mediated synthesis of 3,3’ (sulfonylbis(methylene))bis(chlorobenzene) has been carried out for quantitative intermolecular noncovalent interactions analysis and antioxidant activity. The analysis of non-covalent interactions was performed through X-ray crystallography, Hirshfeld surface analysis, and NCI calculations. Additionally, molecular docking and in vitro studies were conducted to assess antioxidant activity. Docking studies, ADMET, and drug-likeness results indicated that this compound exhibits promising antioxidant activity.</p>
