<p>Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a condition characterized by vascular malformations with a spectrum of clinical manifestations, including epistaxis, occult bleeding, and paradoxical embolisms. HHT is often challenging to diagnose, and many patients experience a significant delay in diagnosis from disease onset. In this case report, we present a manifestation of HHT as splenic and renal infarcts in an otherwise healthy patient and discuss initial management of HHT in the inpatient setting.</p>
