<p>Aquaculture is vital for food security and economic growth in Bangladesh, yet its expansion is hindered by challenges such as limited access to quality inputs, high feed costs, and inadequate technical support, especially in remote areas. This study assesses a booth-based aquaculture input and consultancy service model (Fishbooth) implemented in four upazilas of southeastern Bangladesh, including both hilly and plain regions. The model provided fish seed, feed, equipment, aqua medicinal products, and consultancy services to 460 farmers, with a total of 698 service interactions recorded. Data were analyzed using service records and a structured survey of participating farmers. Service records revealed seasonal engagement patterns, with consultancy (30.80%) and feed (25.50%) being the most frequently accessed services. Differences in service usage were observed between hilly and flat regions, particularly for feed and consultancy. Farmer feedback indicated generally positive perceptions of the model, with 63.9% of respondents reporting being satisfied or highly satisfied. Overall, the study documents patterns of service utilization and farmer perceptions of an integrated aquaculture service delivery approach. The findings suggest that such models may help improve access to inputs and technical support in rural areas, although further research is needed to evaluate impacts on production, profitability, and sustainability.</p>
