<p>The traditional labor market, constrained by time and place, is increasingly inadequate for the demands of the digital age. This study introduces the Digital Sustainable Growth Model (DSGM) as a transformative framework to transition from a two-dimensional (2D) economy to a three-dimensional (3D) economy, where virtual space enables dynamic value creation. By redefining individuals as talent—multi-dimensional agents capable of lifelong contributions—DSGM fosters a talent stock market driven by data, ideas, and interactions. Using Denmark, a pioneer in labor market flexicurity, as a case study, this research evaluates the limitations of the 2D economy and demonstrates how DSGM leverages artificial intelligence (AI), lifelong learning, and decentralized governance to enhance job matching, inclusivity, and sustainable growth. The findings offer policymakers a scalable model for labor market digitalization, highlighting the urgency of adapting advanced economies to the 3D paradigm.</p>
