<p>Innovative teaching strategies like experiential learning have been included into engineering education as a result of the focus on active and applied learning. The effect of experiential learning methodology on student performance and satisfaction in the open elective course Modern Mobility for VI semester students was evaluated in this quasi-experimental study. Assessments of academic performance were conducted both before and after the intervention, and a two-tailed paired t-test was used to examine improvements. In order to gather student opinions about the teaching strategies, involvement, and applicability to real-world situations, a systematic satisfaction survey was conducted. Both cohorts’ academic performance significantly improved, according to the results, with students expressing greater motivation, better problem-solving skills, and a deeper comprehension of ideas. The majority of respondents to the survey strongly agreed that the case studies, model construction, and practical exercises for the taught topic assignments greatly enhanced their educational experience. The results demonstrate the efficacy of experiential learning as a Modern Mobility teaching method, which enhances student satisfaction and academic performance.</p>
