<p>This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research published between 2004 and 2024 on the success of Information Systems (IS) in educational institutions. Drawing on data from the Web of Science database, a total of 263 journal articles were selected based on their relevance to IS success in educational contexts. Using VOSviewer software, four bibliometric techniques were applied: co-authorship, co-occurrence, citation, and co-citation analyses. These methods were used to visualize the intellectual landscape and thematic evolution of the field. The analysis identified three principal research themes: (i) Information Systems Success and Quality in Educational Contexts, (ii) Technology Adoption and Acceptance Models, and (iii) User Demographics in Higher Education IS Research. The findings highlight critical scholarly contributions, collaboration patterns, and emerging conceptual linkages that underpin IS deployment in academic settings. A conceptual framework is proposed to guide future inquiry and policy development. This study supports the goals of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), offering evidence-based insights for improving institutional performance, digital learning environments, and system effectiveness in higher education.</p>
