Research progress on direct PCR and its applications
摘要
Direct Amplification Technology (Direct PCR) is derived from conventional PCR and eliminates the cumbersome DNA extraction process, thereby enhancing detection efficiency and accuracy. Combined with evolving PCR-derived techniques, it has found extensive applications across multiple fields. This article provides an overview of the development process, fundamental principles, basic procedures, and derivative technologies of direct PCR. It further details its applications in testing various samples including blood, microbial specimens, and cellular/tissue samples, offering foundational knowledge to support the popularization and further advancement of this technology.
