Manuelle Medizin: neurophysiologische Hintergründe und therapeutische Ansätze
摘要
Modern manual therapy integrates various techniques and approaches to meet patients’ individual needs and achieve the most comprehensive therapeutic outcomes possible. The treatment of myofascial structures and the mobilisation of joints are central elements of manual medicine. Targeted therapeutic measures have a direct effect on the functioning of the musculoskeletal system and coordination. Proper manipulation—the supreme discipline of manual medicine—also utilises the pathophysiological mechanisms described in the article.
