Die linksventrikuläre Herzarbeit und die ventrikuloarterielle Kopplung
摘要
The left ventricular pressure–volume relationship is a core concept in cardiac physiology, characterized by the heart’s nonlinear behavior, where increased preload leads to greater contractile force. The end-systolic pressure–volume relationship defines the ventricle’s maximal contractility. Its slope, the end-systolic elastance, serves as a load-independent marker of contractility.
