摘要

Against the backdrop of global emphasis on holistic cancer care, this paper explores the paradigm shift and innovative practices of integrated supportive care throughout the cancer journey. Since its establishment in 2013, the Committee of Neoplastic Supportive Care (CONS) of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association has advanced domestic and international collaboration, particularly with the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), to promote comprehensive, multidisciplinary strategies. CONS highlights a key transition from reactive symptom management to proactive, whole disease journey care, driven by the bio-psycho-social medical model. It details CONS ' "Five No Goals" and the guiding principle "for all cancer, for cancer all, all for cancer," which ensure broad coverage, in-depth management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Innovations include multidisciplinary team (MDT) integration—exploring traditional therapies like acupuncture—and technological applications such as AI-driven predictive models for toxicity monitoring and digital patient navigation systems. International cooperation focuses on balancing universal guidelines with individualized care, while nationwide surveys identify unmet needs in China.
