Effect of solar heating on probiotic culture methods in food fermentation
摘要
The application of new energy technology in the field of food is mainly reflected in energy supply, but there are problems of instability, large changes in current and power flow. Therefore, this paper proposes a tracing search method to deepen the application depth of new energy in the food field. First, the power information of photovoltaic power generation, the temperature information of food fermentation, and the culture of probiotics were collected. Then, the key points of the integration of new energy and food were found through searching, and the eigenvalues were found to calculate the equilibrium effect of the two. Finally, the amplitude of output voltage, current, and power flow changes, grid-connected stability, and food fermentation effect. The results showed that photovoltaic solar energy could improve the effect of food fermentation, the probiotic culture rate reached 90%, the effectiveness of voltage, tidal current and power was greater than 80%, the probiotic culture effect was greater than 80%, and the change range was less than 10%.The results of power index and probiotics were 61.369– 63.928%, the interference coefficient of power flow and power was 0.281– 0.341, and the fusion result was 70.160%, and the accuracy of the result was 90.919%, indicating that the output energy was relatively stable. The O&M effect was 60.357%, the influence value of power flow was 65.55%, and the influence value of power was 89.037%, indicating that O&M has an important influence in probiotic culture. The level of operation and maintenance management can increase the distribution balance of the power flow, so that it is in a relatively 90% equilibrium range, and the improvement degree reaches 20%, the fusion point of photovoltaic → probiotics (6,2) = 1.136, p = 0.538, and the fusion point of probiotics → photovoltaic (1,7) = 0.003, p = 0.959, which proves the effective utilization of photovoltaic power generation energy and meets the actual requirements of photovoltaic power generation.
Therefore, the results of this paper show that there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between solar heating and food fermentation, which can expand the application range of new energy.
