<p>Digital economy platforms are changing how people pay for items, giving us an opportunity to green finance. GreenPay-AI investigates how blockchain-based trust and AI-driven personalization could revolutionize how people pay for goods in an environmentally responsible way. This article describes this procedure. This model uses the concept of the Theory of planned behavior, TPB, and trust theory to examine how technology-enabled cues affect intention. Blockchain infrastructure makes everything more transparent and true, reducing environmental claim doubts. AI-enabled ideas focus on ecologically friendly strategies to govern behavior and protect the environment. These traits become more obvious when one joins the platform due to its impact on society and involvement. After a survey of 375 Malaysian customers, SEM was used to evaluate the framework. Data shows that trust among consumers in blockchain AI and technology customization increases the need for environmentally aware methods of payment. Environmental concerns, social impact, as well as perceived behavioral control influence green payment intentions. Participation moderates, however. Comparative analysis shows that the model matches and explains better than competing frameworks. The study found that artificially generated recommendations and blockchain-based transparency significantly promote environmentally consciousness financial behavior. This task was completed using the behavioral theory and technology. This study adds to sustainability literature and gives politicians and platform designers real-time data.</p>
