<p>This study examines the transformative effects of artificial intelligence on global workforce dynamics, with a special focus on evaluating reskilling and upskilling initiatives designed to counter job polarization and promote AI literacy. We conducted a systematic literature review targeting peer-reviewed articles and conference proceedings published between 2024 and 2025. Qualitative thematic analysis was performed using MAXQDA 24 to synthesize diverse insights from multiple sectors affected by AI-driven transformations. Our findings reveal that AI-driven automation is both creating opportunities for high-skilled positions and contributing to the erosion of mid-skill roles. Notably, the study highlights significant gaps in AI literacy and pervasive ethical concerns, particularly in developing economies. The analysis further suggests that targeted, region-specific policy interventions and comprehensive AI training programs are crucial for fostering an inclusive and equitable labor market. It is evident from these insights that policy initiatives reasonably target the regions and comprehensive AI training programs in order to ensure the equilibrium of labor force transformation. By implementing standardized training programs and tailored regulatory frameworks, stakeholders can effectively harness AI advancements while mitigating the risks associated with workforce disparities.</p>
