Further, the study revealed that both green human resource management and technological adaptability positively influenced sustainable competitive advantage and partially mediated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and sustainable competitive advantage. The serial mediation roles of green human resource management and technological adaptability were confirmed. The findings offer actionable guidance for managers seeking to include corporate social responsibility, green human resources management, and technological adaptability as strategies for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
