<p>The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamic relationship between green transformational leadership and green creativity, through mediating role of green innovation through technology readiness and moderating effect of Higher education institution culture. The data was collected from 430 different HEIs in Pakistan through one time hence data collection is cross-sectional in nature. Data was analyzed through smart PLS. Findings reveals that Green transformational leadership is significantly related to students green creativity and green innovation through technology readiness in higher education sector of Pakistan. Further green innovation through technology readiness mediate the relationship between faculty Green transformational approach and student’s green creativity, however the moderating role of Higher education Institution Culture is not confirmed in the current study. The findings indicate that the current results are valuable for higher education authorities seeking to nurture green creativity in students for innovative problem-solving. However, this study has limitations due to its focus on a single province, making it less representative of the entire country. Future research could explore the model by incorporating Green HR practices and data analytics as potential moderators to better comprehend the dynamic relationship between Green Transformational leadership and students' green creativity.</p>

摘要
