<p>As the digital era reshapes industries, its intersection with green innovation offers a unique pathway to achieving sustainability goals. In this research, a total of 499 pieces of literature published between 2019 and June 2025 are reviewed based on the selection of the keywords “digital transformation” and “green innovation” in the Web of Science Core Collection database. Using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework and advanced bibliometric tools (VOSviewer and Scimago Graphica), this review identifies five thematic clusters and key research trends. Notably, 78.5% of the reviewed articles originated from China, and 18.24% were published in the journal Sustainability, indicating strong geographic and journal-level concentration. Co-citation analysis reveals Vial (2019) as the most influential reference (91 citations), while keyword mapping highlights the prominence of topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, and digital ecosystems. This study identifies gaps in governance transparency, interdisciplinary integration, and sectoral application at the intersection of digital transformation and green innovation, thereby providing a forward-looking agenda for scholars and practitioners in this emerging research domain.</p>
