<p>In today’s intensifying global economic competition, countries cannot immediately reallocate resources to moderate environmental and societal losses. The imbalance in the distribution of social resources also causes the government to face a series of accompanying social problems. Therefore, sustainable entrepreneurial intention is a suitable indicator for evaluating economic development and environmental concerns. This study aims to assess the relationship between environmental concerns and sustainable entrepreneurial intention through the intersection of planned behavior and social cognitive theory. In addition, the role of knowledge of sustainable development goals in this relationship is also examined. The study used a convenient sampling method to reach 517 students through Google Forms. The results show that environmental concern substantially impacts students’ attitudes more than their outcome expectations. Surprisingly, outcome expectation plays a more critical role in the relationship with sustainable entrepreneurial intention. The results also show that knowledge of sustainable development goals significantly moderates the relationships in the model.</p>
